Can I use any poop bag rolls with the NOBO Leash?
Yes, but third-party rolls may need some bags removed first to fit (the handle is sized for about ten bags per roll). Only NOBO bag rolls contain the core that lets bags retract back into the handle when the knob is turned, and they're sized to dispense and retract more smoothly than third-party options.

Returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase. Send the leash to the address below with a note describing whether you'd like an exchange or a refund:

My tracking says delivered but my package isn't here. What now?
Once a package leaves our hands its fate is out of our control, so we can't offer automatic refunds or replacements for delivered packages. That said, reach out. We can probably hook you up with a generous discount on a replacement.
How long is the leash?
6 feet total, built for everyday walks, trails, and city sidewalks.
Can I get a longer rope?
Not at this time.
Can I adjust the length?
You can adjust where the handle sits on the rope with an Allen wrench. You can also permanently shorten the rope by cutting it and reattaching the black clasp to the new end with a Phillips screwdriver.
