Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, but third-party rolls may need some bags removed first to fit (our leash is sized for about ten bags per roll).
Only NOBO custom bag rolls contain our specific core that allows the bags to retract back into the handle when the knob is turned. NOBO bag rolls are also sized correctly to dispense and retract more smoothly than third-party options.
If you lose or break yours, you can order a replacement part on our Products page.
We do returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase.
We do repairs pretty much forever, and we'll do our best to fix anything you send us. If we can't fix it, we'll give you a generous discount on your next purchase.

This is a tough one. Once a package leaves our hands, its fate is out of our control. We can't offer refunds or replacements because that policy could easily be abused.
That said, reach out to us. We can probably hook you up with a generous discount on a replacement.
6 feet total. The full rope length used is 6.5 feet. Due to the loops inside, the length from handle to carabiner is 4 feet.
Not at this time.
You can adjust where the handle sits on the 6 foot rope using an Allen wrench.
You can also permanently shorten the rope by cutting it with scissors and reattaching the black clasp to the new end using a Phillips screwdriver.
